Organisation The ACAMS organisation ensures efficient management with well defined areas of responsibility and fast decision making.

Ownership I 2009, a merger was made between ACAMS AS and the aviation division of Artech AS, where Artech acquired a majority ownership in the new company which kept the name ACAMS AS. Artech AS now owns 85%, other private investors 15%. The merger gives the new ACAMS AS a solid foundation in order to improve competitiveness and to expand its activities both in Norway and abroad. Toralv Grevle Managing Director		Masters degree in Masters degree in Aeronautical Engineering from University of Southampton, England. Worked for more than 25 years in the IT industry in both France and Norway. Experience in both technical and business management.

Odd Thodesen Director Sales & Marketing		Several years of international marketing and sales management experience within Air Traffic Management related industry.

Kim Fredheim Principal Development Engineer		Australian born, with Engineering degree from University of Tasmania. 20 years of experience within international ATM industry. System development, project management and business management.

Jan Rune Falk Principal Project Engineer		Technical Manager at Artech AS before joining ACAMS. 10 years experience in development and implementation of automation- and control systems.

Arnold Risa Chairman of the Board		General Manager of Artech AS, mother company of ACAMS AS.

Partners ACAMS AS serves the Norwegian market directly and the international market directly and together with business partners and sales representatives in several countries. We co-operate on a "project by project"- and regional representation-basis with our partners.
